Just a tiny negative, battery in fob not replaced. Had to renew 2days after service.

Advised that the service would take approximately one and a half hours, bearing in mind i was waiting in the dealership for it, i was only offered a drink after two hours. Thinking the vehicle would be nearly ready i refused but still waited another half an hour. Quite surprised really as i expected better customer service from a quality dealership.

Very poor communication for booking my MOT. I was contacted by yourselves to advise me to book an appointment which I duly did. At time of booking I asked if a courtesy car would be available and was informed that there were none available. I explained that I needed the car as soon as possible and was told if I brought it in at 9.00am on the morning of the MOT it would be done straight away. Due to very poor communications I did not receive the car back until 14.00.The service engineer explained that he had not been informed of this arrangement and therefore booked it in for 15.00 for which he did apologise.
