Had MOT and 2 new tyres. Service due shortly.

Was told that the media needed and upgrade and would take 2 hours therefore would rebook in,this was not mentioned again and not rebooked in.

Efficient, polite and punctual collection and return.Confirmation of booking would be nice.No video report received this time.

Denis was very friendly and communicative; didn't get a video but he walked me through everything they'd done. Nice and quick service as well.

I would like to thank Dalvir Ghuman. He is an excellent member of the Wolverhampton Mercedes branch. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to be helpful - being a busy teacher it was difficult for me to get over to Wolverhampton, but Dalvir offered to come to me - really appreciated the extra efforts made to help make the purchase of my car as smooth as possible. I also appreciate his non-pushy style which I don’t always encounter when buying a car. I will definitely be looking to buy my next car via Lookers and this dealership. Thank you.

When phoning for an update it is very difficult to get the phone answered.
