Hello Lookers, As my vehicle stayed with you over night, it would have been nice to have had a courtesy car available for me to use.

Rang dealer - explained the reason for my call and transferred to Booking Team in Worcester. Very poor response - I explained again why I wanted to book the car in and asked if I could wait whilst the car was with you. Given an appointment slot but as I didn’t feel confident with the response I rang the dealer again only to be told they would need the car for at least a day and when I delivered the car I was told they had allocated two days!

Efficient booking and service process.

I brought my car in for a service, with theengine management light on, when the service was complete the keys were handed back to me with the paperwork from the service team. When I returned to my car, I noticed the engine management light was still on, I returned to the receptionist, I waited for over an hour and no one got back to me I informed the receptionist that I had been waiting for over an hour and no-one had been to see me. I was told that the service team had left the office. After some time someone came to reception, he took the service paperwork, he returned with the paperwork and told me that a part had been ordered. If this was the case why didn't the service paperwork contain this information? I feel the customer service was very poor and I had wasted a lot of my time. My service was booked in at the Wolverhmpton branch even though there was a branch in Tyburn Road Erdington which is nearer to my home, I incurred cost of over £50.00 in order to drop and pick up my car.

I was told that my car was being vacuumed and washed but both did not get done.
