Car dropped off 8:00am returned at 16:00 to collect not ready had to wait an hour.Not washed or valeted again , this is the second time this has not been done although promised.Drove home to find stud/screw in the tyre although cannot say it was from dealership it meant new tyre had to be purchased & inconvenience was caused and no issues with tyres before dropping vehicle at dealership.Less than happy & disappointed as we have only had good experiences with this dealership hence why myself & husband both have Mercedes from this branch,
