I have had a Mercedes for 8 years now and have always had incredible service from all members of staff and all departments. I am sad to be leaving the Mercedes family, but unfortunately, I needed an electric car asap and could only get a second hand and I needed a new car.

Didn't enjoy the centralised booking experience and found it necessary to contact my Wolverhampton dealership directly and spoke with the Service Manager, Peter Smith.Thereafter I was expertly and professionally dealt with by Malcolm. We agreed a cost and on the day my vehicle received the high level of attention I have been accustomed to, by the team at Wolverhampton. Well done to all those involved.
