Had a recall for driver's airbag replacement. Was told I would not get any receipt of this of information to keep with the car documents. Think should have got something to keep with the car documents / log book info. Was just told it's all online and would show up as no recalls outstanding. Which is not the point, since a recall has been carried out would be good to have notification of this. Otherwise booking in and collection was fine, since other cars had not got their airbags fitted due to supply issues, so lucky in this sense..

I cannot recommend my sales advisor, Asif enough, so friendly, patient and explained things so well. Made me feel so comfortable as I find it difficult understanding things when it comes to buying a car but he explained things so well and again was just so kind & also made sure I was happy with everything before signing and going any further with the sale and did not rush at all. He also gave me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers when collecting my car. Have recommended Mercedes Wolverhampton and especially Asif too people who I know that are wanting new cars. The best experience!

I would like to say that my recent experience of taking my car for an MOT was excellent as my car was dirty upon arrival but cleaned and valeted when the MOT was finished, therefore I drove home in a clean car and was absolutely thrilled at the level of service. My faith has been restored with the Wolverhampton branch as I had issues with my previous service. Thank you Mercedes Wolverhampton. A great service. Will bring my car back next year for its service and MOT. Hayley Graham
