I paid the full asking price for the vehicle, paid the tax and filled up the car with fuel. My daughter bought a Mercedes from a non Mercedes dealership and got 3 years free service, full tank of fuel, 12 months tax and it was serviced before she took delivery. Jat Summan was excellent in dealing with us although he couldn’t offer any incentives. He did a first class job and even bought flowers for me as the car was a birthday gift. thank you Jat.

Not kept up to date on a timely manner on the progress of diagnostics and had to call dealership Waiting time was too long at collection time.

I have been using his Dealership for several years and not once have I used them and be delighted with their quality of service. Malcolm in particular is always helpful, pleasant and gives me the feeling that nothing is too much trouble.

The staff are so friendly and approachable at Wolverhampton mercedes. It's always a stress free and enjoyable experience bringing my car in. Facilities are great while you wait.
