Peter Firth was kind and helpful throughout my entire time in the branch. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy or intrusive. Peter is genuinely the only salesman I have walked out of a dealership saying how nice he was.

Every aspect of the service provided by Mercedes-Benz of Wolverhampton was perfect, I cannot write enough good things about the dealership or all it's staff members. The reception is super-friendly, great seating and coffee area. Malcolm the service advisor was super, courteous and caring to my needs. Peter Singh the service manager even greeted me and went through the whole process of my service explaining every detail. While there I browsed the super state of the art modern showroom which had a breath taking amount of cars to view, the salesman Mark Tordoff was a true gent and was eager to answer any questions I had. All in all a great experience and I would never think of using anywhere else for my servicing or car buying needs.
