Rang dealer - explained the reason for my call and transferred to Booking Team in Worcester.Very poor response - I explained again why I wanted to book the car in and asked if I could wait whilst the car was with you. Given an appointment slot but as I didn’t feel confident with the response I rang the dealer again only to be told they would need the car for at least a day and when I delivered the car I was told they had allocated two days!
