Efficient booking and service process.

Everyone was really helpful, but we are waiting until a new model is available

I brought my car in for a service, with theengine management light on, when the service was complete the keys were handed back to me with the paperwork from the service team. When I returned to my car, I noticed the engine management light was still on, I returned to the receptionist, I waited for over an hour and no one got back to me I informed the receptionist that I had been waiting for over an hour and no-one had been to see me. I was told that the service team had left the office. After some time someone came to reception, he took the service paperwork, he returned with the paperwork and told me that a part had been ordered. If this was the case why didn't the service paperwork contain this information? I feel the customer service was very poor and I had wasted a lot of my time.My service was booked in at the Wolverhmpton branch even though there was a branch in Tyburn Road Erdington which is nearer to my home, I incurred cost of over £50.00 in order to drop and pick up my car.

I was told that my car was being vacuumed and washed but both did not get done.
