The only criticism I have is my vehicle was booked in over the phone about a month before it could be worked on in this time I had no correspondence by email or text ,I half expected something a few days before just to confirm it was still on so I rang a couple of days before and had it confirmed other than that very satisfied thank you ...lookers Wolverhampton

I used to service my car at Mercedes Wallsall where I had a brilliant experience so I was anxious to service it to Wolverhampton following closure of the Walsall Branch. Was very reassuring to see Mike working there. My experience was great. No difference to what I am used to. I can only thank you for a timely service. Not sure why the video was not sent but it is not a big problem.Thank you again. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Collection overall was a bit slow could do with more staff (40 minutes to collect vehicle)

Had a recall for driver's airbag replacement.Was told I would not get any receipt of this of information to keep with the car documents.Think should have got something to keep with the car documents / log book info.Was just told it's all online and would show up as no recalls outstanding.Which is not the point, since a recall has been carried out would be good to have notification of this. Otherwise booking in and collection was fine, since other cars had not got their airbags fitted due to supply issues, so lucky in this sense..
