The valeting of the car was not 100% as around the rear tailgate was very dirty around the hinges and down each side. The alloy Amg wheels where also not cleaned properly which rather spoilt what was a otherwise good experience .The interior was valeted very good.

I was invited in for a retrofit and was told it would take 1.5 hours. In fact it took over 3 hours. This was very frustrating as I had made the plan to come in on the basis of the original time estimate and lost a lot of time hanging around, with knock-on consequences for other things I had to do that day.

Appears as though incorrect details were added by the booking team (telephone begins 01905) when sharing information with dealership.Dealership honoured the booking when it’s ossicle they wouldn’t have otherwise accepted.Malcolm from the local dealership is always excellent to deal with.

Will keep using the dealership, have had no problems. They have always looked after me!!

I paid the full asking price for the vehicle, paid the tax and filled up the car with fuel. My daughter bought a Mercedes from a non Mercedes dealership and got 3 years free service, full tank of fuel, 12 months tax and it was serviced before she took delivery.Jat Summan was excellent in dealing with us although he couldn’t offer any incentives. He did a first class job and even bought flowers for me as the car was a birthday gift. thank you Jat.
