After service i found mileage recorded incorrectly on all my documents and on my DSB , and still waiting for it to be corrected. if this was recorded incorrectly makes me think what else was not done correctly. Service team leaders have too much customers to deal with to give to give great customer care. (17+) more staff neede urgently.

As usual couldn’t fault service first class !

It was a home pick up between 8-11 I had to phone to find out when they would collect. It was 11.36 when he arrived, small point but communication from you rather than the other way round would have been good.

As always, service offered was good. This visit was as a result of a Mercedes safety recall. My car was ready for collecting ahead of plan. Thank you.

I am somewhat frustrated by the fact that the issues I have with the vehicle do not manifest themselves when tested by your technicians! The hesitation/misfire manifesting itself only a short distance from your premises on collecting!
