Should have cleaned out luggage compartment, this was disappointing as the dirty water from cleaning the rest of the car had gone inside and dried there.

Not happy with the quality of my recent Mercedes. Floor carpets have severly worn in less than 2 years and dealership state nothing can be done.

I had an issue which needed urgent attention. When I got through to my local garage and spoke to the right person the service I received was great....the call system for Mercedes is ridiculous....being passed from pillar to post..you would expect something better from Mercedes..Well done and thank to Malcolm at the W'ton garage.
