It would have been more convenient if the dealership had cars available which would have prevented me from waiting in the dealership for 2.5 hours. I was able to work so was happy with the space designated for this. My car needs further work and they need the car for most of the day and have agreed to pick the car up and return

Asif Pervaiz is fantastic. So much so I have bought 3 cars from him in the last 6 months. We had previously been Audi customers but were hugely underwhelmed by their customer care. Asif has been unbelievably helpful and continually goes way beyond the expectations. He is a true credit to your company and I wouldn’t consider buying a car a from anyone else.

There seemed to be a lack of staff front of house for the amount of people waiting for their cars

Experience was good but I was offered a very low price for my car in part exchange. So I’ve been looking at other garages who are offering more for my car.

The members of staff, salesman Lee & reception lady where very professional & polite. Much better than when I purchased the car.

The guy that picked up the vehicle was amazing, he checked the vehicle over, was very friendly and trustworthy. I was contacted at all about the service and wasn’t advised that it was being brought back, I got a call after the car was returned but missed the call, I tried to call back but got no answer. I’m still waiting for an update on what was done about the brakes, rattle and key issue.
