I was kept waiting half an hour, even though I had presented myself to reception. I had to then get up & ask why the delay in a service personnel serving me! The car had been booked in advance & I actually arrived early! I was happy with the serviceman dealing with me & for the first time with the cleaning/vacuuming of the car! IF PEOPLE ARRIVE FOR A SERVICE THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE KEPT WAITING! Also, disappointed that although all brake pads were changed, we were NOT advised on the DISC gauges, which I would have expected? Plus NO video. We have been servicing/MOT with YOU since we purchased our car in September 2004! Your SERVICE department needs fine tuning.

The fault was not fixed as within an hour of leaving the dealership the engine management light came back on. This has meant additional inconvenience and my partner has been left without a car. The dealership did get the car back in quickly though and the service and communication from Frank has been excellent. We now wait for parts and to see if the problem is fixed at the second attempt.

I want to thank Frank for help in dealing with my problem and assistance in all matters of replacement car, taxi .I am Polish and my English is not good and that Frank really helped to solve any problem that .Polecam DELER because employees are competent.
