He took time to understand what I wanted and did his best to make sure I didn’t walk away disappointed.Also, Brian is THE biggest sweetheart! I feel the dealership needs more staff to take care of clients and answer the phone

Front camera was paying up and went back in to be looked at. Problem still persists and comes on everytime I drive the car.

My usual Sales man Simon has moved branch which is disappointing as I’ve been buying with him for years now. However the new sales man who tried to help me was pleasant and had good humour. Simon from finance came out to see me as he always does before trying to search for what I wanted (he knows I’m fussy). However, the current car sales climate and my very particular taste meant I could not find what I wanted. But a good effort was made, so I’ll just wait another 6-12 months before trying again.

Video sound quality was very poor, lot of background noise eg radio playing in background.
