I came in for a routine call back over my air bags. I received a call back from Mercedes to say they have fitted 2 new light bulbs, gave my motor a free service, and told me it was ready to be picked up. In the process they had cleaned inside and washed the outside, In all a very good recall. A1

The video sound quality was very poor, a lot of background noise ( radio playing etc).

I thought the luggage compartment could have been cleaned. The rest of the car was cleaned and immaculate but it was disappointing to see the luggage compartment. We had emptied it for this. We opened to see not only our dust and dirt but also the drainage of the dirty water from the rest of the clean. Disappointing.

It would have been more convenient if the dealership had cars available which would have prevented me from waiting in the dealership for 2.5 hours. I was able to work so was happy with the space designated for this. My car needs further work and they need the car for most of the day and have agreed to pick the car up and return
