I thought the service levels were really good very polite receptionist and service staff. I did have to wait for 15 minutes before I could speak to a service staff member that was the only issue. I was able to work whilst waiting for the work to be carried out which was good and the complimentary coffee was well received

Unfortunately I was made a better offer from one of your competitors! However Mark Tordoff alone did everything he could to sell the brand to me and to try and get me a vehicle. He was friendly, polite, helpful and patient. Had I not been made a better offer I would have done business with mark based on his professionalism. In 2 years I’ll be in the market again and I will be coming to this branch for Mark as he really sold Mercedes’ to me.
