I had to wait nearly an hour in reception when I went to collect my vehicle. You do need to improve this side of service by maybe introducing a triage system where customers are collecting only. Frank was serving another customer no doubt discussing various service options but this took a long time. Maybe someone else should have been available to serve me as my car handover took no more than 5 minutes
