I’ve had Mercedes’ for many years and have dealt with Chris Watson ( manager) every time at different dealerships and he and his teams have always offered excellent service.

Asif was a very nice chap but he couldn't match another offer i got for my part exchange of £23500 against a similar car.

On walking in I was met by a lovely receptionist who offered drinks straight away and showed us where toilets were; then the car salesman who I was meeting ( mark tordoff ) came and introduced the car so I looked round and he then took my details so I could have a test drive . I decided to buy the car and the process was smooth and professional and felt right from start to finish which is what you want.
