This was only a "software update" (NO2 filter / cheat device replacement) so no video required etc. I already have a service plan in place. The visit was fine, no issues, friendly and efficient staff.

From beginning to end everything was first class, on arrival plenty of parking space and easy to find. Entering the showroom is always a pleasure, the staff are so courteous, welcoming and friendly. I was pointed in the right direction almost immediately where the receptionist Sonia could not have been any more helpful getting me booked in and seated with a coffee. I thought this could not get better however after meeting my Service Advisor Rohit Bhatoa my expectations were once again exceeded, what a knowledgeable, super friendly and positively happy individual with a dashing haircut. No problem or question was ever too much for Rohit who took care of my MOT and had the car cleaned inside and out and directed me to my vehicle which was parked in the VIP section for me to drive away. I was only here for an MOT but I was treated like royalty from Rohit, I cannot thank him enough for all he did and the whole Wolverhampton team who are a credit to the Mercedes brand. I will definitely be back to purchase another Mercedes and to continue using Mercedes Wolverhampton for future servicing requirements. Legends!!!
