The Lookers employee who collected and returned my car to my house was very friendly, considerate and polite. He took on board my requests and made sure they were complied with. Inspection video was good and easy to follow and payment was easy too. Overall a great experience.

Everything was done well but thought it very expensive as it is a yearly service not on mileage and has cost far more in 2 years than my Jaguar XE cost in 3 years.

I did have a recurring problem with my windscreen washers which hopefully has been sorted now. Also not being able to get a lift back to work or the car collected and dropped off can be a bit of an inconvenience.
