Did not receive booking confirmation email, so had to ring the dealership to confirm the date and time of booking. Rear pads were 75%, but I did not get a cost estimate for replacement

Although a fault on a premium car that I'd had for 1400 miles / 1 month was disappointing and inconvenient - this was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. From the call to Mercedes Me to getting a technician out, dropping car off, taxi to work and drop off of a lease car - all sorted quickly and easily. The communication from Denis at Wolverhampton was very good and professional. Overall, a good and reassuring experience - thank you
