A very good experience, from arranging the booking, to the polite professional gentleman, that pick up and returned my car. Car was immaculate clean when received. Very good communication on the progress and when my car will be returned. Great service, don't think you could do any better.

Impressed with the courtesy & service you gave to us -including cleaning inside & out - even though it was only on our tiny 11-year old A-class . Also amazed Mercedes actually carried out the recall. Top marks to both.
