After having my car serviced and MOTd, I had to go back to the dealership within a week and a half because the engine light came on stating that I would not be able to start the engine after so many miles. This was most inconvenient.

The service for my car was originally booked in on the 13th August, unfortunately due to Mercedes having no gearbox oil it didn't go ahead until last week 27th October when my MOT was due.

Once the vehicle had been transported to you. The vehicle was put right very quickly. and your staff were excellent. I cannot say the same for the service from Mercedes which was a complete shambles.
