I was surprised you required an extra £100 to change the wheels round as on the previous service you did this without charge.I was otherwise well pleased and your service representative was polite and helpful.

My Service Plan had expired but your system was down and you were unable to offer a renewal. So you had a customer on the premises, wanting to buy, and you were unable to comply - not very good given the reputation of The Best Car in The World!

I dealt with Matt Stobbart. Comunication and professionalism was impecable and nothing was too much trouble. The handover was on 29th October and everything went smoothly. The car was presented beautifully and looked like new. I would definately recommend Matt and the garage to anyone.
