Everything went well from Start to Finish. I thought the charges were excessive for 1.5 hours including wash and valet. The car has only done 6000 miles this year and my previous car (Jaguar) only required a service at 2 years or 19000 miles for a lesser amount. I do think that a smaller charge might be more appropriate in these Coronavirus times due to the much lower usage. I look forward to your response. Thank you and I would add that I am very pleased with the car.

I had originally complained about the service i received during an event and was looking to move away from the brand. Chris called me, engaged in a professional manner, invited me to the centre, and i walked away with a new car. Both Chris & Mark's customer services put a smile back on my face. Very happy with a smooth & slick service. Shame I couldnt get the usual coffees. A Very happy Mercedes owner. Now my 4th.
