Only recommendation would be to hire competent car cleaners. My car had several areas that had not been cleaned properly or not at all. This was part of my service plan and MOT.

I have had my car since Jan 2020 and always advised of some vibration and ride issues. However, for some reason these were not picked up although I kept advising something wasn't quite right. However, in the last month or so Denis (Service) along with Chris (Sales Manager) investigated this further. They found that there was an issue with the front brakes and also the tyres were showing some abnormal deterioration which was not caused by myself. They could only be described as manufacturing defects or material failures. Kindly they resolved all the issues under warranty and now the issues I was having appear to be resolved. There appears to be an issue with one of the alloys and again Denis confirmed this was something they could resolve under warranty as there is no damage to the alloy and the defect is coming from within (some sort of reaction). Although it has taken a while to get to this stage they have kept trying and being patient with me. The only reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 was because of the time taken to get to this stage. However, Denis and Chris have been amazing and I can only thank them.

Very pleased with overall experience

Having no courtesy cars is not helpful when I live out of town and the bus service is not good. I was forced to wait for my car. I now have the same fault and will be returning on 19/10 for them to try again.
