On my arrival at your show room, i was the first to arrive and was at the front of the que at your reception. They took my details and asked me to go into your waiting area wich i did. Then was amazed that 3 people who arrived later than myself who also been sent into the waiting area were were taken care of before me. The guy who then came to take my keys, was very apologetic. On returning to collect our car, the gentleman couldn't apologise enough. I must thank the staff who serviced our car did a very good job, and was valeted and and sanitized. Overall excellent service Telephone answered swiftly and politely Communication when car was ready. Only in for mot came back shiny and valeted very pleased

Not had to return yet as only been 2 days but I asked if the brakes could be checked on the service as they have squeaked since purchasing. Was told it was just brake dust build up and that they had been cleaned. All the way home was fine but by the end of the day they were the same again. Will have to now make appointments to visit again to correct it.
