Mr Jaz was very welcoming and helped me with the car I was buying he showed me everything that was getting done to the car before it was mine. My experience with Mercedes was excellent and would buy a car from here again

Very polite young man who was helpful and did not turn his nose up( as many car dealers) at an old car. Would buy another one if only Mercedes had continued this type Not impressed by central answering service. Best for Mercedes, worst for the customer!

The service was done quickly and efficiently and full precautions were taken with social distancing. They also didn't mock me when I said the screen was broken - when in fact I'd just turned it off!
