You cleaned my car for me, but it was,nt the best effort, I enjoy washing my own car so it doesn't really worry me that much but if you are offering that service you might as well do it properly. I,v driven bmw for many years and they were hopeless as well. When I had my audi,s there cleaning service was first class. That was some years ago.

Changing of light cluster shouldn’t take three hours. We had to keep chasing for updates. We monitored when the vehicle was finally locked and it then took 50 mins to do the paperwork!!
