I have been totally impressed by the level of commitment to ensure the very best of customer care offered to me by Lookers(MB Wolverhampton). The attention paid to all appropriate details of vehicle care on this visit together with the courtesy extended to me, the customer, making me feel that I mattered, most satisfying. I was so impressed by receiving the vehicle valeted to showroom standard. It matters.

Everything was nice and simple. But I just feel they could have cleaned the car nicer if they were going to do it.

First class service from the guys at Wolverhampton, special mention to the young man who picked my car up from home and returned it. Extremely polite courteous and a credit to Mercedes-Benz as a young person

5 * for the performance on this appointment to fix. It was on time and problem seems fixed....however.. The problem was vibration in engine compartment (pipes/plastic resonating) Whilst the problem appears to be solved, I did not expect a premium brand car to suffer from this problem. Second new car to have this problem in succession. Clearly not part of any acceptance test.
