My car was booked in for service and MOT, with collect and return service. The car was collected and returned by a smart gentleman with the Mercedes uniform, exactly as promised. He was friendly and efficient. After the MOT and service, the service manager took the trouble to phone me to give me the MOT result (pass) and to say that all had gone well and the car would be delivered back (valeted) in a short time (it was).
