Anthony from the moment we walked into the showroom to the car being handed over was first class. He was personable and very attentive. I cannot say the same for the new/revised system Mercedes have introduced to purchase the car. Technology did not work, fortunately Anthony handled the alternative manual procedure very well.

Yes they could have accommodated a weekend hand over As I recently purchased a new car from Mercedes, and while the vehicle itself meets most of my expectations, I can't say the same for the overall customer experience at the showroom. Dylan, one of your staff members, was undoubtedly an asset to your company. He was helpful and maintained a professional demeanor throughout our interaction. However, the same cannot be said for the management and operational processes at the showroom. On the day of our visit, it was evident that the staff was stretched thin, with Dylan even foregoing his lunch break due to being short-staffed. Despite our requests, management seemed indifferent, leaving Dylan to handle everything solo, running back and forth without support or acknowledgment. This lack of support and outdated processes reflect poorly on Mercedes as a high-end car seller. The customer experience fell short of expectations, leaving doubts about future purchases from Mercedes. Furthermore, I was told I couldn't collect my car on a weekend, yet witnessed a vehicle being collected just minutes before closing on a Sunday. Management's justification for this disparity was unsatisfactory, as all customers should be treated equally. In conclusion, while Dylan's professionalism was commendable, the overall experience at the Mercedes showroom was disappointing and failed to meet the standards expected from a luxury car brand. Improvements in management support and customer service processes are imperative to regain trust and loyalty from customers.
