I made an enquiry over the weekend about a c43 AMG through the Mercedes website. I am a serious buyer who currently drives a C63. The sales assistant from Wolverhampton called me quickly and we discussed two things: 1) arranging a demo (at any Lookers site); and 2) preparing some finance quotes for me. He copied in an email to Peter Smith. I have since heard nothing from the dealership despite leaving a message for Peter Smith. I am now very unlikely to buy through Lookers. All Adam seemed to care about was me confirming to Mercedes central that he had called me - clearly however, he doesn't want to actually sell cars. Maybe he sticks to admin in the future and someone who cares and understands what customer service is actually calls interested customers. Despite being local to Wolverhampton - I will now travel to an alternative dealership. If it's Lookers - I will probably pass.

Very poor communication and seemingly without the personnel resources or systems to improve matters

Service and repair was carried out month or so ago, now the vehicle has an issue and customer is saying it the same fault. Not happy he is having to pay for diagnostic again. please can you call customer to get the vehilce sort . customer telephoned complaint in

Never answered the question asked and kept calling when I had asked to be contacted by email. The voicemails kept telling me the sales agent was from Volkswagen…not Mercedes.

Lookers representative wasn’t interested in my query, purely wanted to get commission either through purchasing a new car or refinancing.
