As a single woman with no mechanical knowledge I have to trust my car and the garage who service it. I asked the man who greeted me to do everything that was needed to keep my SLK running in very good working order but nothing unnecessary as my budget was not limitless. They did a service A, a Coolant change and an air-con service. If I had to say they went above and beyond - an MOT technician took the time to walk with me quite a way to the parked car to advised me in depth about 2 cracks in my windscreen which were not applicable to the service. Unbiased advice I have taken note of for the future MOT.
