I have been looked after from the start, I have been a Mercedes customer for a number of years now. I had my car booked in for the garage, left with trading my car in for a new one ha! Had the health check emailed to me which detailed everything, this is always really useful. Test drove my potential new car for the day, which was a very nice drive. Salesman Rohit, a young lad who actually knew what he was talking about and very friendly, without being harassing. He presented me with different choices and for reassurance manager Simon checked things over, as Simon knows me well. I can say I left a happy customer.

My gearbox service was amazing, they even cleaned and hovered my car what a very nice thing to do , I received a phone call to say that my car was ready excellent service will definitely be going back thank you very much
