I really want to single out Dylan Tyler. From our initial enquiry through to our test drive, Dylan was really helpful and enthusiastic. Even though he knew we were arranging the car through a salary sacrifice scheme at work, he still spent time with us, recognising that he represented Mercedes, rather than just ‘an immediate sale’.We were looking at three brands but because of Dylan, we’ve decided to go with Mercedes. He’s a credit to you.
