Booked 'drop n go' for service, MOT & diagnostics but unable to secure a lift so had to wait.Expected to be all day but clearly they tried to minimise my wait under the circumstances & the wait was much shorter than anticipated.Would very much appreciate a more readily available collection service. I was unable to reserve this with 2 months notice.
