Twice we were told we would be called back...... twice... no return call............ £40k for a new ( less than 12 months old ) car, and the order will not be going to a dealership that does not call back.

Very good service. Rang Monday. 8am and got appointment at 3.30pm on Tuesday to fit new tyre after puncture. Shirley

I phoned Anthony and I told him I’m was interested in business lease and have been given an offer. I told him that my business has been established in August and he said that’s no problem he can beat any quote and proses our application for finance. I then arranged an appointment took time out of my own day to drive to Wolverhampton and he as double booked an appointment so I spoke with another member of his team who was professional, I told him that I wanted to leases 2 vehicles from them, but advised me he cannot beat any quote and we would need to sign up to small and medium business program which requires us to have 2 cars. Which we don’t have if I had known this information I would have not bothered wasting my time with coming to the meeting. Externally poor customer service and will not be bringing my business to Mercedes again.

Reg No: KW23 YYSOn the 10th November 2025 @ 12.15pm I rang and booked my car in for a service on the 9th December (collect and return). Unfortunately I cannot locate the confirmation email that I received confirming the booking.When I phoned your service department today to inform them that a safety recall for the electric power steering software would also needed to be added to the service (as notified to me from Mercedes direct), I was informed that there was no booking in the diary for my service.You can imagine how annoyed I feel that for some reason my service had never been booked. If it had not been for the fact that I rang the service department today I would have not have been aware of this.Despite the fact that my car service is due on 17th December I have now been told that the service cannot take place until the 24th December and this will not be a collect and return service!!!! I am extremely concerned that my roadside assistance will now not be active for the period from 17th to 24th December due to the fact that my service will not be taking place within the correct time limit.I have only had my car since January and did think that I would be receiving a better service from a more executive car dealership. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.I would be grateful if you could kindly look into this matter for me and explain why my service was never booked.Yours faithfullySusan Williams

Excellent service

Hi your team told me to give you the full details what happened when I took my car in for to get fixed.I went to Mercedes benz Wolverhampton to sort out my noise coming from my heater system and my seat was making a noise too.I given my car to the main person him self pete the service manager and told him all the problems I have.I dropped it off in the morning and then I checked the tracker and they started work on it at between 12 and 1pm and then phoned me in 2 hours after saying the car is fixed.When I came back to pick up my car from pete the service manager he said everything is fixed and shouldn't have no more problems.When I got home I tested the heat system out and it is still making a fog noise and they havent fixed it.The driver seat is still making a noise so what have they really fixed on my car.Im not happy with the service at Mercedes lately because they not fixing the car and just given it back saying all the jobs are done.For a long time customer i am not happy at all since I brought this car.Seemed like they have sold me a no good car.I cant keep coming back wasting my day dropping the car off and getting taxis everywhere I go not happy at all.Also my car broke down on the 11th July 2025 for 3 months and it was parked in Wolverhampton Mercedes and they was trying to blame me for wrong fuel but found out the car was faulty.Since I had it back from them the car doesn't feel the same no more and keep on getting problems with it and they are not bother about at all.And also when the car was broken down for 3 months they did not give me no money back all the bills I been paying towards the car and not been helpful at all even when I spoken to PETE the main service manager he was not helpful at all.That's why I given yourself on Google and trustpilot a bad rating because I had a bad service from them.And i am not happy at all.Could you look in to all theses problems and come back to me please I been a good customer and your staff seems like they don't care about there customer service.Kind regardsRum johal

As always in every visit I make to Lookers Mercedes Wolverhampton the Staff are friendly, polite and understanding.

Cust has been trying to find out what is going on with the vehicle. Cust is not hapy that he has chased the delaership in connection with the recalls which are due on his. why did they give him the information. Advised he would have to pay for diag. Cust feel mugged doff
