Overall it was excellent with one person (Jack) looking after myself and my friend who was in for the same recall so we booked together 6 weeks ago due to work constraints Was called late the evening before to say it was cancelled due to the replacement air bags had not arrived ( less than 24 hours notice) on complaining about this a manager rang back and said they were to use some air bags from customers booked in a couple of weeks ??? And mine and my friends could go ahead as planned.!

Everyone was very accommodating, I have to change dates, then required my car to be picked up & dropped off. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Well despite the person on the phone, when I booked the appointment, telling me it would cost me £170 for diagnosis, the parts I needed were covered under warranty. The window switches had pulled off their mounting and the remote boot release seemed to be going the same way, so much for diagnosis. Dennis from Service knew exactly what the problem was and the parts were replaced inside 3 hours. I returned to collect the car and found it cleaned inside and out and perfect for Christmas
