Well despite the person on the phone, when I booked the appointment, telling me it would cost me £170 for diagnosis, the parts I needed were covered under warranty.The window switches had pulled off their mounting and the remote boot release seemed to be going the same way, so much for diagnosis.Dennis from Service knew exactly what the problem was and the parts were replaced inside 3 hours. I returned to collect the car and found it cleaned inside and out and perfect for Christmas
