Car pick up and return service very personalised car cleaned

I’ve been seen by Malcolm on most of my visits to Mercedes Wolverhampton. And his always been great, service and experience is excellent.

I found Peter Singh (Service Manager) most helpful in booking my MOT for 2 vehicles. He understood I care full time for my disabled mother and was most helpful. Further Malcolm on the service desk was most polite and sincere and made sure I was dealt with as quickly as possible so I could get back to my care duties. Well done to everyone

When picking up my car after a mechanical fault was fixed, I could see a dent in the back panel and scratches on the other side. It’s thought by the garage someone opened their door onto my car when it was put in the overflow car park and scratched by the cleaning rollers. Also chips in the edge of the drivers door. That was Friday, it’s now Tuesday. No call yesterday about bringing it in. Tony who repaired it was great. I spoke with the repair manager and I did not like his tone. Not sympathetic at all.

Communication and customer service was good. As a customer who is on car plan/service plan, we should be offered or have a choice to pay installments for repairs.
