Dealing with Dylan was a breath of fresh air, he was honest and I believe a genuine person. Usually Car Salesman are bordering on rude and based on a market trader. The only reason I did not purchase the Mercedes was down to your £400.00 A Service followed by a £600.00 B Service which is ridiculous as modern cars do not need these yearly services. BMW on the other hand are realistic with an 18,000 mile service interval.
