Booking experience poor. No record of service plan online or when called to confirm. Would have liked to take offer of £10 discount to book this way.. unable to or offered . Other than call to confirm booking when booked no further reminder via text message

I spoke with a lovely man called Malcolm who was incredibly kind and assured me that my car would be sorted. We spoke when I collected the car and he was very helpful and booked a service in for me.

New handover / sales system is a bit fragmented compared to previous years. Multiple emails can confuse some clients. It really helps when making such a significant purchase to have all the information re quote, car and finance together as much as possible. Although I am happy with the team there were some system issues which significantly lengthen the vehicle handover appointment.
