From the Start of the process we were kept fully engaged and UpToDate with the very polite and welcoming staff on the phone as well as on site. I would 1000% recommend this is the location to go to for all your Mercedes needs. No i don't work for Merc but did have a totally opposite experience at a different franchise and moved here which I was equally vocal about, so credit were it is due fantastic job Mercedes Wolverhampton.
