Excellent service from start to finish

Process really easy, and everything dealt with in a timely and professional manner

I would just like to take this opportunity in thanking you for your service. Right from the get go I was kept informed and dealt with swiftly. From my initial enquiry there was a very limited stock available however Mark Tordoff kept me up to date as to when vehicles were being sent in for me to test drive. On the day of my test drive I was very happy with all involved and the service I received, I was happy with the offer I was made so placed an order the very next day, and within a week I had my new vehicle and although I wasn't used to driving an automatic I am now thrilled to be in the driving seat. I had my old car for 7 years from the same dealership and was very happy with that, but it was time for an upgrade and Mercedes have not disappointed. Thank you all so very much.

I dealt with Malcom with regards all my mechanical work and he is the epitome of what you would want in regards to a service consultant. Nothing is too much bother and his customer service is second to none. I did have to revisit the dealership with an issue but again this was dealt with in exactly the same professional manner. All dealing with everyone from the receptionist to Peter the GM were faultless. A big thank you to everyone.
