As reflected above regarding the booking in of my car. I was passed around through 'I cant help you, its another department'. At the 4th attempt I explained the diagnostic problem 'again' before being able to get it booked in but it was a 9 day waiting time, however, once in the dealership everything was fine, from the receptionist booking me in to the gentleman who took the car off me and returned it within the hour, to the gentleman who was the car.

Excellent service only one thing to mention every time I visit Mercedes Benz my sugar level goes up because of your delicious hot chocolate. I love it.

I would just like to say the team at this dealership are very good in the service department. On this occasion I was looked after by Denis (who has looked after me more than most since I purchased my vehicle). He is absolutely brilliant and a credit to this dealership/Mercedes Benz. I cannot fault him as he has a great way with customers and a genuine guy. If it wasn't for Denis and others in this team I wouldn't go back. It is easy to moan about things when they don't go to plan. But they deserve credit and Denis on this occasion as I couldn't have asked for more.

I was more than pleased with how courteously and efficiently I was dealt with at the dealership. I was provided with a warm drink and given regular updates on how matters were proceeding with my service and MOT. Both my current and previous vehicles were purchased from Mercedes Wolverhampton. I anticipate that my next vehicle will follow suit. Keep up the good work !!
