Great service, as the number of available service centres is reducing it means that customers have to travel further for service work. I’d like to see more options to alleviate that pressure on customers. More collection slots. More weekend slots etc..

This time round not as professional as usual. Struggling to understand why on my MOT I was given advisory for tyres with 4.1 mm of thread when the limit is 1.6!

The vehicle was presented to us with some theatre - the lifting of the cover. The prep work on the car we had discussed with Dal prior to handover had all been completed to a good standard and Dal did an excellent job of going through the key features on the car and how to use them.
