Appreciated having the car collected, really helpful. Booking on line was easy and would definitely book this way in future. Prior to this had wasted a huge amount of time with calls from what I think was some sort of national booking in service who knew less about cars than me ie insisting the car must be booked in by a certain date because of the mot - was two years old so didn’t need one 🤷🏻‍♀️

Service under the service plan I was told I would receive a video I didn't. I was also told the car would be valeted but the inside did not appear to have been done. Very helpful in setting my new phone up to the car system.

answer the telephone you must loose a lot of trade due to this and lower the very high costs for workshop work
