Good customer service

Mercedes-Benz Wolverhampton have consistently provided fantastic customer service from my first visit. I am currently driving my second car from the branch and am sure to be a repeat customer for many years.

I had been a walsall customer for 25 years and the service has gone from personal to corporate and in my opinion not the better for it.

I have come to expect and receive the highest levels of customer service. This has always been my experience from my first visit over 10 years ago!

I had an excellent experience as usual from the very professional & experienced Charlie who takes care of my car all the time. He has been taking care of my car from when he was based at the Walsall Garage.

I have bought many new cars over the years and when I complete a survey I always mention product knowledge I study my industry and know it inside out why can’t dealerships and their teams in my opinion they don’t know enough about the products they sell which is a shame as the sales team are very amenable and great communicators

All of the Service staff were fantastic. When I first walked into the dealership I was greeted happily by reception and then the service team were fantastic. I will always bring my car in for service at this dealership.
