My vehicle is with Mercedes Wolverhampton for a sub frame replacement. I am due to have the car returned any day now. Our 'recall' has been dealt with in an extremely courteous, helpful and efficient way and we could not be more pleased. We were sent a very clear and informative video on the day and the dealership are also undertaking other essential work they identified on my car, all within the predicted timescale. I have been given a very nice A class courtesy car for the period of the repair which was in pristine condition. All round, this has been a really excellent standard of service. A well earned and sincere thank you to the staff at your Wolverhampton dealership.

Charles Atwood is the member of staff who usually overseas my vehicle during the duration it’s at The dealership from start to finish. He is by far one of the main reasons I have such peace of mind with the level of service provided whilst at the dealership. He is always very friendly & polite.
