My vehicle is with Mercedes Wolverhampton for a sub frame replacement. I am due to have the car returned any day now. Our 'recall' has been dealt with in an extremely courteous, helpful and efficient way and we could not be more pleased. We were sent a very clear and informative video on the day and the dealership are also undertaking other essential work they identified on my car, all within the predicted timescale. I have been given a very nice A class courtesy car for the period of the repair which was in pristine condition. All round, this has been a really excellent standard of service. A well earned and sincere thank you to the staff at your Wolverhampton dealership.

Would have liked to have had the car picked up or a courtesy car but neither was available for months

Overall great experience from the customer service team taking the phone call to book me in, to the receptionist on the desk when you arrive and right to when Malcom handed me back my keys and walked me back to my vehicle. Great professional service.
