Your service was fine but numbers to change were not quite good enough to deal now I’m still looking and will be back to you more powerful engined car came up at right price But with Tesla dropping prices £5-7k I may keep E class as second car and buy electric car

I would like to see the video if available as work carried out as that's a big assurance for a customer.. only disappointment was there was no courtesy car request on job sheet but Malcolm from lookers Wolverhampton managed to sort out...

Your Work Shop supervisor provided update information and the situation with the car service quite frequently However on returning from your workshops a amber warning light appeared on the dash board, I have reported the fault And have date for it to be rectified

Excellent communication from Malcolm, pleasant and friendly. Only issue was that they could not do the update on the day it was booked in due to a technical fault, which resulted in me booking the car back in again.
