Charles Atwood is the member of staff who usually overseas my vehicle during the duration it’s at The dealership from start to finish. He is by far one of the main reasons I have such peace of mind with the level of service provided whilst at the dealership. He is always very friendly & polite. He goes out of his way to explain the details of repairs/service & is always very helpful. It is always my pleasure to be taken care by him.
