When I enquired about a specific car, the ca had just been sold. The salesman said he would try to find another similar car but I found one myself. The sales man was polite and did his best to help me out.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. The issue I have can’t be resolved it’s an issue with the sat nav mapping which is the worst I have experienced in any car. Staff were great

Mercedes is a luxury brand and requires staff who offer a good lev el of service. Charlie Attwood was excellent from start to finish.

My car was in for a software upgrade stated to be a visit of 2hrs. I delivered my car on time and returned on time to collect but had to wait a further 2hrs in the showroom for the vehicle to be returned. Usually I rate the Mercedes Wolverhampton service highly but not on this occasion for wasting my time and not being informed on whatever problem they encountered. Dr Chris Douglas
