The price I was quoted for the work was £104 although when the work was carried out it was actually £36. That’s quite a difference and had it been the other way around could have caused an issue. I think the pricing needs some work so customers are clear on what to expect when they book their vehicles in

Had to ring up at 3.30pm for an update. Disappointing to not be able to have a courtesy car. Never reviewed a video.

Very long time to be serviced, booked for a service and wait. When I got there he said it works be 2 hours, with a wash maybe 2 and a half. In total it was over 3 hours. When the service was finished ( 2 and a 1/4 hours) he said it would be 20 minutes for a wash, 45 minutes later my car was finally ready but then parked in a space where it was very tight to get in the drivers door! Feel the service department had overbooked vehicles in leaving customers waiting unnecessarily.

As always, the Wolverhampton dealership is well organised and efficient.

I am really happy with the service which I get from Malcom and his team and the receptionist Sharon. They are very professional, they are always willing to help. They go out of their way to see the customer happy.
